Russian Rogue

This scenario arose from the fact that I wanted to make a scenario
with units from nations other then USA and UK. It's basically a ASuW
scenario with a couple subs thrown in. I designed it from the Blue
view point but it should be able to be played from Red. The Red orders
are what the Red groups were supposed to do. Here's how I set this one up:

In late 1995, Russia, tired of having orders not being obeyed by its navy,
decides to let its Fleet Admirals pick the commanders of the ships that
will be sailing with them, hoping that the new commanders will be
loyal to the Admirals who in turn are loyal to the Motherland.

April 1996: A Russian fleet stacked with officers loyal to Adm. Zerhivnoski
sets sail from Murmansk. After leaving sight of the Russian coast the
Admiral sends a message to President Yeltsin stating that he is tired of
current state of affairs and plans on attacking the Eastern Continental US.
Pres. Yeltsin informs the US. Because of budgetary cutbacks the only fleet
in position to stop the SOG is a multinational force centered around a
Spanish Carrier.

Red's victory conditions require him to get his fleet to the east or
southeast of Newfoundland in the Grand Banks are with in 7 days.

Blue's job is to stop him.

This is the first scenario that I'm putting in the archives. Any comments
or suggestions are greatly appreaciated. I've got a couple more laying
around that I may submit.
